Images: Picasso Mostly in Pencil

  1. Whats fascinating to me in the selected collection is that really all but one (borderline two) photo is set directly erect and squared towards the audience. Not that it means anything except even in that the equality of both sides in form and measure is still apt to be blocked or misrepresented.

  2. Reblogged this on Life's a Beach and commented:
Sensitive pencil sketches are not uppermost in my mind when I think of Picasso. This blog made me rethink about this artist. They are some of the most beautiful pencil portraits that I’ve seen. So much of a person’s character can be conveyed by a simple line drawing.
